Airport Cargo Pickup
Airport cargo pickups cover dispatch coordination, cargo facility navigation, airwaybill processing, and full chain of custody at the terminal. Use the calculator for your rate.

Metro Facility Run
Metro runs cover dispatch coordination, vehicle readiness, and standard pickup time at hospitals, labs, surgery centers, and pharmacies. Use the calculator for your rate.

Mileage
Mileage is calculated point-to-point from pickup to delivery using tiered distance bands. Longer runs benefit from reduced per-mile rates. Enter your miles in the calculator.

Urgency Premium
Same-Day (+$50), STAT within 2 hours (+$100), and Immediate within 30 minutes (+$200) tiers carry progressive premiums for faster response and priority dispatch. Select your urgency in the calculator.

Service Window
Standard business hours, early morning, after hours, late night, weekend, and holiday windows each carry a time multiplier. Only the highest multiplier applies per run.

Dead Head Return Fee
A return fee covers our courier's empty trip back after delivery. Tiered by distance: 15% on metro runs, scaling up to 25% on long-haul, so short runs stay competitive and long runs stay sustainable.

Wait Time
Metro runs include a complimentary grace period before wait time billing begins. Airport runs bill from arrival — no grace period. Dispatch confirms all wait time charges.

Recurring same-day clinic routes within 25 miles, room temp specimens, Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM, direct point-to-point with no batching. Service agreement required. Call dispatch at 404.483.2303 to set up.
💳 Payment Terms: Payment is required prior to dispatch. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.3% processing fee. Recurring accounts billed monthly.
